THIS JUST IN!
The LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon is now full - it's reached the 40,000 runner cap! I registered last week, so I'm set. Fortunately, I think that there are still charity organization openings available for anyone who missed out.I'm getting really excited about this marathon, no humidity, no hills, Lakeshore Drive and China Town.
It just doesn't get much better than that!

Holy Smoke!!40,000, I thought the NYC marathon was huge. I think they only take up to 30k and its not even easy to get in. Theres even a lottery to get in. Maybe I will consider Chi Town M down the road.
Thats great Wil, good for you. You are definitely Endurowoman.
All the best for this one - enjoy the training and the 26.2 miles. Three months away, and I'm already looking forward to another eloquent race report.
Awesome! That sounds like such a great venue! Why does the Twin Cities Marathon and the Chicago Marathon have to be on the same weekend? :(
Good Luck! But between you and me...I THINK YOU'RE NUTS! = )
LOL, Shadow Spawn... don't worry, most of the time so do I ;)
Oh crap! I forgot to register!
I can't wait! A run in October right now sounds great. Even if it might be a little longish. :)
