Guh...
My legs were fine, a little stiff, but nothing big – maybe I slept wrong or something?? I don’t know, crazy stuff. Anyway, I didn’t run or do core work yet today, I couldn’t even think about it this morning as tight as everything was, so I guess I’ll have to do it later tonight.
Heh, maybe it’s from being sick and thus a slacker for nearly a week, and then getting back in the game this weekend like I hadn’t taken any time off. But a week? Come on, you can’t lose THAT much in a week… Guh.

I don't think you really lost anything. What happened is that you worked different muscles for a while and allowed your run/bike/swim groups to be slackers. Think of it as letting your muscles oversleep: they're just having a bit of a headache.
No worries, all will be well again soon.
Wil,
I think your legs are tight b/c of the run/bike/run u did yesterday.
I know the feeling on the bike. I went out for 4 hr + yesterday..at the end I was counting down like it was new years :).
Maybe u are not feelign anything b/c your b-day is coming soon? :D...
"rudi" is right. Now don't let this soreness be your excuse to consistently overdo from now on! A little soreness is good now & again, gotta keep your muscles guessing!
Definitely nothing lost. You could have just had a bad night of sleep. I'm sure you'll feel better in the next day or so.
1:30 running and two hours of windy biking? I'd be sore too. Hope you get a chance to stretch. It was fun talking yesterday- thanks for the opportunity :)
All of the above. Hopefully not a flu bug.
Maybe you're body is telling you to take it just a tiny bit easier. You were sick for a week there.
So tight you couldn't do core? Ooh! I'm sure you'll feel better tomorrow. My bet's on the "muscle headache".
Maybe your body was working overtime to compensate for the windy bike ride.
It's good to feel your muscles once in a while
